The customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

The specialist must be treated in accordance with the provisions and laws of labor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If the customer cancels the appointment 24 hours before, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount will be kept in the customer’s wallet.
Kaizen Spa is responsible for assigning the specialist based on her performance evaluation and availability.
The client has the right to request a specific specialist provided that she does not have other reservations at the same time, and the company will endeavor to fulfill this request as much as possible.
In the event that Kaizen Spa is unable to provide the specialist at the location specified by the client or to perform the service according to the reservation for any reason, the client will be compensated with another reservation determined based on the availability of both parties.
The client is responsible for receiving the specialist at the location and time specified upon booking.
The customer can request a specific beautician and spa specialist if available and not tied to another reservation.
The client is responsible for receiving the specialist at the location and time specified upon booking.
The client is responsible for the location she specified when booking, and it cannot be changed unless the center is notified at least one day before the appointment.
The service is considered provided once the team arrives at the site, and the amount cannot be refunded if the specialist is not received at the specified time and place.
Kaizen Spa is responsible for providing the service at the agreed time, taking into account a time difference of up to +/- 30 minutes based on traffic conditions. Timing will start when the client receives the specialist.
If the client does not receive the specialist within 15 minutes of the agreed arrival time, the visit will be considered as completed and the client will not be entitled to claim any compensation.
The client is responsible for protecting her valuables, and the center is not responsible for the loss of these properties, and cases will be dealt with in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom.
A lady must be at home to receive the service. If she is not present, the visit is considered completed and the client is not entitled to claim any compensation.
The client is responsible for the specialist during the visit until the center representative arrives to receive her, and the specialist is not allowed to leave the agreed-upon location before that.
In the event of any emergency that requires medical attention or involves physical assault, the customer must report immediately by calling the designated call center.
The specialist performs paid services only upon prior reservation, and additional services can only be provided after payment of the required amount.
The customer is fully responsible for providing an area to prepare the service tools for the specialist.
Gifts may not be given to specialists in any form for any reason.
The center reserves the right to amend booking prices based on government changes such as taxes.
The customer can cancel the service at least 6 hours before the previously selected appointment time, and 25% of the total value will be deducted to set another appointment (the amount cannot be refunded)
In the event that the customer intentionally or mistakenly books for a city, area or neighborhood not included, Kaizen Spa has the right to deduct 25% of the booking upon cancellation of the order by both parties based on the total amount of the booking and the time of cancellation.
Requesting a specialist to provide services without a reservation through Kaizen Spa exposes you to legal accountability.
